Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UwUMat9 ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
UwUMat9 is a content automation platform: it processes long-form videos you provide, generates short-form vertical clips (with automatic cropping, captions and enhancements), and — on your instruction — uploads or publishes those clips to social media accounts you have connected, such as TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and old enough to hold accounts on the platforms you connect.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Your Content
- You retain all ownership rights in the content you upload or connect to the Service.
- You grant us a limited, revocable license to process that content (transcode, crop, caption, enhance) and to transmit it to the platforms you designate — solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
- You represent that you own or have the necessary rights (including music and third-party material rights) to all content you process and publish through the Service.
5. Connected Platforms
- You connect platform accounts through each platform's official OAuth flow, and you may disconnect them at any time.
- Publishing happens only on your explicit instruction — a publish action or a schedule you configured.
- Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and rules, including the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring content you publish complies with them.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to:
- publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, or misleading content;
- spam, artificially manipulate engagement, or violate any platform's policies;
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
- probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or use it to build a competing dataset.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service — including its software, design and branding — is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that clips will achieve any particular performance, or that third-party platforms will accept every publish request.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (4, 7, 8, 9, 12) survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.

١. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك UwUMat9 («الخدمة») فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إن لم توافق، لا تستخدم الخدمة.
٢. وصف الخدمة
منصّة أتمتة محتوى: تعالج فيديوهاتك الطويلة، تُنتج مقاطع قصيرة رأسية (قصّ وكابشن وتحسينات تلقائية)، وتنشرها — بأمرك — على حساباتك المتصلة مثل TikTok وYouTube وInstagram.
٣. الأهلية والحساب
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 عامًا (أو السن القانونية في بلدك)، وأن تقدّم بيانات صحيحة وتحافظ على سرية بيانات دخولك؛ أنت مسؤول عن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.
٤. المحتوى الخاص بك
تحتفظ بكامل ملكية محتواك، وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا قابلًا للإلغاء لمعالجته ونقله للمنصّات التي تحدّدها — لتشغيل الخدمة نيابة عنك فقط. وتقرّ بأنك تملك حقوق كل ما تنشره (بما فيها الموسيقى ومواد الغير).
٥. المنصّات المتصلة
الربط يتم عبر تسجيل الدخول الرسمي لكل منصّة ويمكنك فصله في أي وقت. النشر يحدث بأمرك الصريح فقط، ويظل استخدامك لكل منصّة خاضعًا لشروطها وإرشادات مجتمعها (بما فيها شروط TikTok).
٦. الاستخدام المقبول
يُحظر نشر محتوى مخالف للقانون أو منتهك للحقوق أو مضلّل، أو السبام والتلاعب بالتفاعل، أو انتهاك سياسات المنصّات، أو محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو عكس هندستها. المخالفة قد تؤدي لإيقاف الحساب.
٧. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون ضمانات. وإلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة، وتنحصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية فيما دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة.
٨. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع.
